可燃ごみの回収の最終日：12月31日（金）

缶・ビン･ペットボトルの回収開始日：1月5日（水）
The collection starting date of the can, the bottle and plastic bottle: 6th January (Wednesday)

プラスチック容器の回収開始日：1月10日（月）
The collection starting date of the plastic container: 11th January (Monday)

マンションエントランスのオートロックのドアについて
About the door of the locking automatically of the apartment entrance

ドアを閉める場合は、ドアを確実に閉めて下さい。ドアが確実に閉まっていないと、ドアから警告音が鳴り響いたり、次回、ドアを開ける時のエラーやオートロック解除不良が発生する原因となります。

Please don't close the door of the entrace of this building because for ventilation.

When closing the door, be sure to close it certainly. If it is not closed correctly, the door will sound an alarm which will reverberate in nearby and cause an error the next time when we open the door.

ゴミ出しについて、今一度、ご注意お願いします！！

ゴミは、指定の方法に従って、指定の日時に出して下さい！！

１：指定日以外にゴミを出さないで下さい。

２：「資源ゴミ」に対象物以外を混ぜないで下さい。

「資源ゴミ」としてゴミを出す場合は、リサイクルしやすいように、必ず洗ってから出して頂く必要があります。

（「資源ゴミ」は回収後、手作業で分類されるため、必ず、洗ってから出すように通知されています）

指定の方法に従って「資源ゴミ」を出せない場合は、「燃やすゴミ」として出して下さい。
「燃やすゴミ」に「資源ゴミ」が混じっていても問題ありませんが、
「資源ゴミ」に指定物以外が混じっていると回収されない場合があります。

11/16の画像のゴミは、プラスチックトレイに、割り箸が混ざっていたり、洗っていない納豆の包装が入っています。

11/24のゴミには、洗浄されていないペットボトルや空き缶が入っており、ここにも、洗っていない納豆のトイレが入っています。
資源ゴミとして出す場合は、必ず、資源ゴミを洗って頂く必要があり、正しく分別して頂く必要があります。
繰り返しになりますが、正しく分別出来ない場合は、必ず、「燃やすゴミ」として出して下さい。

11/23のようなプラスチックの箱は、「燃やすゴミ」として、京都市指定のゴミ袋に入れて出して下さい。

ゴミ出しについてのお願い

ゴミは、指定の方法に従って、指定の日時に出して下さい！！

2021/11/13

近隣の方より、深夜や早朝における喧噪行為について、クレームが寄せられています。具体的には、深夜から明け方にかけて、話し声や生活音、インターフォンの音など気になって、眠れなかったというクレームがありました。

当マンションにおいて、深夜・早朝の喧噪行為をお断りしており、例えば、友人を招いての歓談、大きな声での電話、テレビや音楽の大音量、室内での体操、部屋の模様替えなど、特に、深夜・早朝（特に深夜０時以降）においては、音が響きやすく、ご遠慮頂くようお願いします。

当マンションには、土日も働いておられる社会人の方もおられ、眠れずに大変迷惑されたとのことです。また、マンション内の騒音問題だけでなく、マンション周辺は木造のお宅が多く、近隣住民の方も迷惑され、クレームを寄せられる場合があります。深夜に原付で頻繁に出入りされると、近隣からうるさくて眠れないというクレームが寄せられることもあります。

昼間や夕方など、人々の生活時間においては、自動車の通行音やその他、街からの喧騒もあり、音は聞こえにくく、ある程度はお互い様のこととして、我慢して頂きたいのですが、深夜や早朝においては、近隣はとても静かになっており、音は、隣室や上下階などに大変聞こえやすく、強力なクレームとなりやすいので、ご注意のほど、よろしくお願いします。

2021/9/4

ＮＨＫの集金人は、歩合給与の嘱託でＮＨＫとの受信契約を強制しようと戸別訪問を行っています。

ＮＨＫとの受信契約は、本来的には任意であるはずなのですが、テレビを持っていないと答えても、携帯のワンセグやカーナビのテレビ受信機能を所持しているだけでも、ＮＨＫとの受信契約は義務であると、彼らは恫喝してくる場合があるとのことです。

当マンションでは、BS放送の受信も可能ですが、一部のＮＨＫ集金人は、ＢＳ受信可能なマンションでは、ＮＨＫとＢＳ受信契約の義務があると嘘をつくことがあるそうです。ＮＨＫとの受信契約は、あくまでも任意のもので、ＮＨＫと一切契約をしないことも可能であれば、地上波だけの契約も可能であり、まして、高額なＢＳ受信契約の義務はありません。

ＮＨＫとの受信契約を行いたい方は、ＮＨＫと受信契約を行い、自分で受信料をお支払い頂けば良いのですが、それ以外の方は、ＮＨＫの集金人とは、一切関わらないのが賢明です。彼らは、新聞の勧誘や押し売りとまったく同じで、口八丁手八丁に受信契約を迫ってくるそうです。

彼らからの質問に答えると、揚げ足を取られて受信契約を強要される可能性もあり、すみやかに、マンション敷地内からの退去を求めることが賢明です。もし、退去を求めたにもかかわらず、彼らが退去しない場合は、不法侵入罪として、警察への告発が可能です。また、居留守を使っても、しつこくインターフォンを鳴らすなどした場合は、不審者がいると、警察へ通報して下さい。

[ゴミ出しについてのお願い/Atteention for the getting out your garbage]を改訂しました。

ゴミ出しについて、以下の件、よろしくお願いします。

★　「燃えるゴミ」(リサイクルしないゴミ）は、京都市指定の燃やすゴミ用の黄色の袋を使用して、火曜の朝と金曜の朝(8:00まで)に出して下さい。
Please use the yellow bag which Kyoto city government appointed for the burnable garbage. Please put your burnable garbage (non-recyclable garbage) into the garbage box on Tuesday morning and Friday morning(by 8:00 am).

カラスが襲来する時があり、ゴミを路上に置くと、カラスや猫に荒らされる危険があります。ごみネットを掛けていても、カラスがゴミを散乱させる場合があります。
生ゴミは、カラスや猫などに荒らされないように、紙袋に入れるなどしてから、京都指定の黄色の袋に入れて下さい。

Please put your garbage into the garbage box on the 1st floor at the entance of our apartment. If the box is full, please put your garbage beside the box. Please do NOT put your garbage on the street.

Because many crows sometimes come our place to pick up the garbage. Even if you use the garbage net, the crow may scatter your garbage. In case of the garbage, foods which are damaged by crows and cats ,please pack them in a paper sack, and then please put it in a yellow bag of the Kyoto appointed.

リサイクルを希望される場合は、洗ってから、京都市指定の透明の「資源ごみ用」の袋に入れて、指定の曜日に出して下さい。

リサイクルを希望されない場合や、汚れが落ちない場合、この2分類にあてはまらないその他の資源ゴミは、「燃やすゴミ」として黄色い指定の袋に入れて出して下さい。

There are only 2 categories about recycle garbage. One is "Plastic containers and Wrappings" and the other is "Cans, Glass bottles, PET bottles(plastic bottles)". If you want to recycle, please use the transparent plastic bags for the resources garbage which Kyoto city appointed after rinsed.

If you don't want to recycle, and if the dirty containers that can't be rinsed clean should be handled as "Burnable garbage". Please put them into yellow bag which Kyoto city appointed . In case, you put your gargabe as resources garbage, please do NOT mix other garbage.

☆　「プラスチック容器・ラッピング」は、 洗ってから、京都市指定の透明の「資源ごみ用」の袋に入れて、月曜日の朝に出して下さい。

☆　「缶・びん・ペットボトル」は、洗ってから、京都市指定の透明の「資源ごみ用」の袋に入れて、火曜日の夜か水曜日の朝に出して下さい。
Please put "Cans, Glass bottles, PET bottles(plastic bottles)" into the box on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. Please use the transparent plastic bags for the resources garbage which Kyoto city appointed after rinsed.

☆　段ボールや古紙は、京都市指定の燃やすゴミ用の袋（黄色）を使用して、火曜の朝か金曜の朝(8時まで)に、燃えるゴミとして出して下さい。

段ボールや古新聞のリサイクルを希望される場合は、ヒモでくくってから、火曜の朝か金曜の朝(8時まで)に、ゴミ箱の外に置いて下さい。雑紙のリサイクルは行っていません。水濡れや汚れがついた場合は、リサイクル出来ないので、燃やすゴミとして、指定の袋に入れて出して下さい。大きくて袋に入らない場合は、袋に入るよう切り刻んで下さい。

Please put the corrugated cardboards and other papers on Tuesday morning and Friday morning (by 8:00 am)as burnable garbage.

If you want to recycle, please bind the corrugated cardboards and newspapers and then please put them outside of the garbage box on Tuesday morning and Friday morning(by 8 am). Cardboard and newspapers cannot be recycled if it gets wet or dirty. Please put them as burnable garbage. If it is too big to fit in the bag, please chop it to be able to put the bag.

駐輪場の利用について

（来客による一時的な駐輪場の利用の場合は連絡は不要ですが、長時間の駐輪はご遠慮下さい）

なお、自動二輪の駐輪は固くお断りします。

自動二輪は、ご近所迷惑となりますので、近隣路上への駐輪もご遠慮下さい。当マンション周辺は、木造住宅も多く、自動二輪のエンジン音を迷惑に思われる方が多数おられます。

また、当マンションにおいても、深夜・早朝の来客、歓談・喧噪行為は、近隣への迷惑となりますので、ご遠慮下さい。

本日、朝に生じた断水について

午前中に復旧することが出来ましたが、ポンプに過度な負担が生じますと、再びトラブルが発生する可能性がありますので、長時間、水を出しっ放しにするなど、ポンプに過度な負担をかけないようお願いします。

放置自転車について

当マンションでは、来客による一時的な利用の場合を除いて、家主の許可なく駐輪することは出来ません。
現在、お一人様一台に限り、無料で駐輪の許可を行っていますので、至急、ご連絡下さい。
連絡ない場合は撤去させて頂きます。

断水のお知らせ

水道や給湯器の凍結について / The freeze of the water service and hot water supply device

給湯器や水道管が凍結した場合は、自然に解凍するのを待って、水道や給湯器を急激に暖めないで下さい。さもないと、水道管が破裂したり、給湯器が故障する場合があります。

早朝、冷え込みが予想され、朝からお湯を使用したい場合は、ベランダの給湯器のガスの元栓を締めてから、一晩中、蛇口（お湯側の蛇口）から少しずつ水を出して下さい。そうすると、給湯器の凍結は防げます。ただし、水道代がたくさんかかりますが…。

A water service and hot water supply device may freeze up when it becomes very cold. It is very rare that the water supply in Kyoto freeze. But the hot water supply device may freeze when it is less than -1 degree centigrade by a weather forecast. (Actually it may not freeze when it become less cold because an electric heater is contained.)

When a water service and hot water supply device may freeze up, please wait when it defrosts naturally. And please do not heat them. Otherwise water pipe may explode and a hot water supply device may break down.

If you really wants to use hot water from morning even if the hot water supply device will be freeze in the early morning, please start water from a faucet (hot water side) little by little overnight after closing the cock of the gas of the hot water supply device in your balcony. Then you can prevent the freeze of the hot water supply device although much water will be wasted.

結露について / About dew condensation

1)結露はこまめに拭いて、カーテンや床がなるべく濡れないようにしてください。
（結露防止シートや結露吸着シートを窓に張ると、窓が割れる可能性があります。また、窓を暖めても、窓が割れる場合がありますので、窓に何かを貼ったり、暖めたりしないで下さい。）

2)　料理をする時やシャワーを使う時など、湿気を生じる時は、換気扇を使って下さい。
（換気扇を使う時は、窓やドアを少し開けて下さい。そうしないと換気扇の性能が発揮されません。）

When there is difference of temperature of the heat and cold, the dew condensation occurs to the window of the aluminum frame. Although it is usual thing, if dew condensation occurs heaveily, mold may grow when we do not perform the following thing.(You don't have to worry about mold excessively if you don't mind. If you wash the curtains with chlorine-based detergent, it will become clean.)

1) Please wipe off the dew condensation with a dustcloth. Then it prevents curtain and floor from getting wet.
(The window may be broken when you put a dew condensation prevention seat or a dew condensation adsorption seat on the window. And also the window may be broken when you warm the window. Therefore please don't put anything on the window. And please don't heat the window.)

2) Please use the ventilation fan, when you cook, when you shower, or when you produce moisture.
(When you use the ventilation fan, please open a window or a door. Otherwise the performance of ventilation fan is not well.)

排水管の詰まりについて

キッチンや洗面においては、固形物だけでなく、髪の毛や油なども詰まりの原因になりますので、流さないようお願いします。
特に、天ぷら油など、調理用の油は、排水管の詰まりの原因になりますので、固めたり、吸収させるなどして、処分し、決して排水には流さないようお願いします。
また、シンナーやベンジンなどの有機溶剤は、配水管を腐食させる原因となりますので、流さないようお願いします。

１階の共用洗濯機のご使用についてのお願い

There was a complaint that the washing machine could not be used since some people left the laundry in the washing machine for a long time.
